Overall End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Origin Technology("Licensor") for the use of all productions developed or provided by the Licensor (e.g. Origin™ Shield) ("Software"). Licensee must be at least the legal age of 12 years or older. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Licensor grants Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for personal or internal business purposes. The Licensee is prohibited from distributing, sublicensing, or transferring the Software to any third party without the prior written consent of the Licensor.

3. Prohibited Actions

3.1. Reverse Engineering and Modification

Licensee shall not, and shall not permit any third party to: reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the Software or any part thereof, without prior written consent of the Licensor. This includes any attempt to distribute or derive binaries, source code, algorithms, or other proprietary information from the Software.

3.2. Cracking and Circumvention

Licensee shall not attempt to bypass, disable, or defeat the Software's security mechanisms, including but not limited to license verification, obfuscation, or any protective features incorporated by Licensor.

3.3. Assisting Cracking

Licensee shall not use the Software, or permit any third party to use the Software, for the purpose of facilitating or enabling unauthorized access, cracking, or other attempts to circumvent the protective measures of any other software that uses the Software.

3.4. Leaking

Licensee and related personnel shall not disclose the Software and any other software that uses the Software to any third party without prior written consent of the Licensor.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Software and all associated intellectual property rights are and shall remain the exclusive property of Licensor. This Agreement does not grant Licensee any ownership rights in the Software. All title and rights to the Software, including any updates or modifications, belong exclusively to Licensor.

5. Termination

Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if Licensee fails to comply with or violate any of its terms. Upon termination, Licensee must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in their possession.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Licensor be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of The People's Republic of China.

9. Final Interpretation Rights

The final interpretation rights of this Agreement and the Software belong exclusively to the Licensor.

10. Privacy Policy

10.1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy outlines how Licensor collects, uses, and protects any information that Licensee provide or that we gather while using the Software. By using the Software, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

10.2. Information Collection

While using the Software, Licensor may collect certain data, including but not limited to:

• Device information (e.g., device model, operating system, hardware specifications)
• Network information (e.g., IP address, internet service provider)
• Usage data (e.g., features used, frequency of use, crash reports)

10.3. Purpose of Data Collection

Licensor collects this information for the following purposes:

• To ensure the proper functioning of the Software
• To analyze and improve the Software's features and performance
• To provide technical support and respond to user inquiries
• To maintain the security and integrity of the Software

10.4. Data Security

Licensor is committed to ensuring that any data collected is kept strictly confidential and secure. Licensor uses a variety of security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Only authorized personnel have access to this information, and Licensor takes all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of the data collected.

10.5. Data Sharing

Licensor does not and shall not sell, lease, or otherwise distribute your personal information to third parties unless required by law or with Licensee's explicit(written or oral) consent.

10.6. Your Rights

Licensee has the right to update any information Licensor collectes.

10.7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the Software, and it is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Software after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Licensee and Licensor with respect to the subject matters set forth herein and therein, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous discussions, notes, memoranda, negotiations, understandings and all the documents and agreements between them relating to the same, whether written or oral.

All documents, agreements, understandings and correspondence between Licensee and Licensor prior or contemporaneous to the execution of this Agreement shall, including any non-disclosure/confidentiality undertakings, become null and void automatically when this Agreement enters into effect. Licensor is not bound by any statements, representations, promises, or inducements, regardless of whether made by Licensor, an agent, or employee, unless it is set forth in this Agreement.

Licensee specifically agrees that no reliance has been placed on any representations other than the provisions contained in this Agreement. This Agreement (except 10. Privacy Policy) shall not be varied or amended unless so executed in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Licensor and Licensee.

By installing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understood it, and agree to be bound by its terms.

OriginID End-User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee" or "you") and OriginTech ("Licensor", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the OriginID account and corresponding OAuth authentication platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement as well as Overall End-User License Agreement.

1. Account Ownership and Usage

1.1. Account Ownership

The account provided to you by the Platform is for your personal or organizational use only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including but not limited to your username, password, and OAuth tokens.

1.2. Prohibition of Sharing, Transfer, or Sale

You agrees that you will not share, transfer, sell, or otherwise allow any third party to access or use your account. Each account is intended for use by a single individual or entity, and any unauthorized sharing or transfer of accounts is strictly prohibited.

2. Prohibited Activities

2.1. Reverse Engineering and Attacks

You agree not to engage in any activity that compromises the security, integrity, or functionality of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of the Platform.
• Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security or authentication mechanisms.
• Launching any form of attack, including but not limited to denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, brute force attacks, or any other malicious activity aimed at disrupting the Platform.

2.2. Compliance with Laws

You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights. You must not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Termination

3.1. Violation of Terms

If you violate any of the terms of this Agreement, the Licensor reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability.

3.2. Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform and delete any copies of related materials and applications in your possession. The Licensor may also revoke any OAuth tokens or credentials associated with your account.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Licensor does not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Amendments

The Licensor reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Agreement on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

8. Final Interpretation Rights

The final interpretation rights of this Agreement and the Software belong exclusively to the Licensor.
